The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
PFC Michael W. Pyron, 30, of Hopewell, Va., died 10 Jan 12 in Parwan province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 25th Signal Battalion; 160th Signal Brigade; 335th Signal Command Theater out of East Point, Ga.
