   Some people’s brains rejuvenate quickly. They think fast. They can do more, do it better. This President can do that. His predecessor was, shall we say, more in need of brain rejuvenation, it took longer, needed more time, a bit like doing an oil change on a car that has gone far too long without one. The difference was, the previous WH occupant needed this time to recover on a more frequent basis. Of course, we never would resent our Commanders-In-Chief their rest times, given the weight of the country and the leadership of the free world on their shoulders, but some, like the previous POTUS, simply were in more desperate need of it.
