   If you follow this logic then you must be willing to hand over your little blog to the government when someone in power doesn’t agree with what you say. If you follow this logic then you must limit your free speech to what you can either speak with your un-amplified voice or print on a manual printing press. You must submit to an unreasonable search and seizure in every aspect of your life except your home and what you can carry in your pocket or saddle bags.

   The argument sounds clever, but you’re not thinking it through.
